Women-centered small-group travel
Slow, culture-rich journeys with women-led experiences—made for travelers who want beauty, connection, and creativity.
“Beth is an amazing person and instructor. She is a joy to be around, and all of her workshops, classes and retreats are outstanding. She goes out of her way to make sure everyone is comfortable, having a great experience, getting the most of of their time, and that all their needs are met. If you are fortunate enough to cross paths with Beth, I encourage you to reach out to her and give one of her events a try. You won't be sorry you did!”
What I Do:
Rooted in more than two decades of women’s wellness and retreat leadership, my approach goes beyond logistics and leisure. Each journey is designed to gently rekindle confidence, creativity, and self-trust. Travelers are guided but never managed — free to follow their own rhythm within a community of kindred women who value authenticity over performance.
Our small-group, women-led model ensures ease, safety, and a sense of shared purpose. We prioritize sustainability and support for women-owned businesses, choosing local guides, makers, and hosts whose stories add richness and meaning to each trip.
We call it curated connection: an artful blend of culture, conversation, and care that turns travel into a catalyst for transformation.
Guests return home not only with keepsakes and photographs, but with new friendships, restored vitality, and a renewed appreciation for their own unfolding story.
I create women-centered travel experiences that honor both outer exploration and inner renewal. The journeys I design with my travel partners are designed for women 50+ who crave beauty, belonging, and depth — not the rush of checking off landmarks, but the joy of lingering, noticing, and connecting.
Every itinerary blends art, culture, and soulful discovery. Guests wander through vintage markets, artisan studios, and local galleries; share long meals at women-owned restaurants; and rest in thoughtfully chosen spaces that reflect the spirit of each place.
These moments of beauty aren’t incidental — they’re the fabric of how we travel: a practice of paying attention, of remembering that pleasure and curiosity are fuel for growth.
I’m Beth Kruger, a travel professional, retreat consultant, and creative entrepreneur helping women in midlife feel seen, supported, and inspired—through curated small-group travel, a love of vintage and storytelling, and community gatherings rooted in connection.
With a background in women’s wellness and retreat leadership, I bring a thoughtful, human-centered approach to travel that values depth, ease, and meaningful experiences.
Based in Vermont, I design intimate journeys and events that celebrate local culture, art, food, and beauty, while fostering the kind of camaraderie that turns fellow travelers into friends. I am passionate about supporting women owned businesses, and I seek to operate solely with women tour operators, support local artisans, crafters, and makers, and locally owned accomodation.
My work centers on curiosity, belonging, and the belief that this season of life is a powerful time to explore the world with confidence and joy.
